Your profile

The details PMS keeps for you and reuses in every application.

#What is in your profile

Open My details to see your profile. It has your personal details, your education, your work experience and your saved documents.

You write these once. Every application you start afterwards reuses them, so applying for a second job is much faster.

#Completing your profile

A complete profile needs your full name, father or husband name, date of birth, gender, current city, permanent address and domicile or district. It also needs at least one education record (or the tick “No formal education”) and at least one work experience record (or the tick “First job”).

You do this inside your first application, on the About you step. The screen shows what is still missing. PMS asks for it so that applications can be reviewed fairly and quickly, and so that you do not have to repeat yourself.

#Changing your profile does not change an application you already sent

You can update your profile, education, work experience and documents whenever you like. Those changes are used for new applications.

An application you have already sent keeps exactly what you sent at that time. This is deliberate: PMS must be able to see what each application said when it was submitted. When you open a sent application, you are looking at a copy of it.

If something in a sent application is wrong, do not send a second application for the same job. Contact PMS using the details you were given for that recruitment.
