#Your saved documents
Files you upload are kept under My details → Saved documents. When another job asks for the same kind of document, you can choose the saved file instead of uploading it again.
- Accepted files are PDF, JPEG (JPG) or PNG.
- A clear photo taken with your phone is fine if all four corners and the text are readable.
- Some documents have an expiry date. If the screen asks for one, enter it.
- Your files are private and are not shown to other candidates.
#CV and recent photograph
Whether a job needs a CV is set job by job: the Documents step shows it as Required, Optional, or does not mention it at all. Follow what the step shows for your job.
Where a CV is required, PMS also needs to see a recent photograph of you. You can do this in one of two ways: confirm that your CV already shows your recent photograph, or upload a separate photograph (JPEG or PNG).
PMS asks for a recent photograph so that it can match a person to their application. If PMS later cannot confirm the photograph, your application page shows Action required — CV photograph; update your CV or add a separate photograph there.
#Replacing a document
- Open My details → Saved documents.
- Press Replace beside the document and choose the new file.
- For a CV, open CV & recent photograph and use Replace CV. A new CV needs its own photograph confirmation.
Applications you already sent keep the earlier file they were sent with. A replacement is used for new applications, and for a request from PMS when PMS asks for it.
#When PMS asks for a new or extra document
PMS can ask for a clearer copy of a file you sent, or for one extra document. When it does, My applications shows an Action required label on that application.
- Open the application.
- Find the box at the top that says what is needed.
- Choose one of your saved files, or upload a new one, then press the send button in that box.
Your submitted application itself does not change; the new file is added for PMS to review. A file marked invalid or rejected simply means PMS could not use it, for example because it was blurry, cut off or the wrong document. Send a better one.
