#Where to find your interview details

When PMS arranges an interview, the application’s status becomes Interview scheduled and a Your interview box appears when you open the application. It shows the date, the time (or “Time to be confirmed”), how it will be held (in person, phone or video), where, and any instructions from PMS.

PMS also contacts shortlisted candidates on their mobile number, so keep your number reachable. Check the application page, because it shows the latest arrangement.

#If you cannot attend

The portal does not have a button to change an interview time. If you cannot attend, tell PMS as early as you can, using the contact details you were given for that recruitment (or the interview instructions), and explain why.

PMS decides whether another time can be arranged; it cannot be promised in advance. If you no longer want the job, you can withdraw the application.
